About Me

I am Hermetic, a mom of 5 now adult children, and dog mom to 3 big adult dogs who, are actually like toddlers. More about Hermetiscism

For the most part when my kids were growing up, I was a stay at home mom. I was fortunate to be able to and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

When the majority of other mom's were cheering when their kids went back to school after summer vacation, I was the one crying as I watched the bus pull away. You'd think it was because I wanted my kids home, hell no, I didn't want to be left alone in our house with all the paranormal stuff going on!

All kidding aside, I really did want my kids to be home, and not because I didn't want to face the paranormal or strange things in our house by myself, we had all become accustom that, but because the best days of my life were spent with my kids; my family.

And all of a sudden they grew up in what seems like the blink of an eye.

After spending many years trying to figure out how one family can experience the strangest, unbelievable events, I often asked myself; “Why my family”, and this was always followed by; “No one would believe it”.

My mother in law frequently said; “We were chosen”.

My husband, our five children and myself, chosen? Chosen for what and Chosen by who I wondered?

My mother in law, being religious meant chosen by God, but she never elaborated.

You see, we have experienced demons, ghosts and all kinds of paranormal, abnormal anomaly's that have spanned years, and occurred from house to house.

But, the paranormal is only half the story.

So, I decided to write books about the strange events that we endure.

My books however consist of collections of short, true stories of the paranormal and unbelievable incidents that have happen and do happen to us on a regular basis, with more to follow, coming in subsequent books.

As I have learned and sometimes say; There are some things in this world that cannot be seen, cannot be touched or that can be proven to materially exist.
But just like gravity, they do
